Architectural Commitee Guidelines

Architectural Committee
It is the responsibility of the Architectural Committee (AC) to review any request for changes/alterations to the exterior of any town home in Stoneledge with the objective of making decisions that are in the best interest of the whole of the owners, decisions that protect property values, decisions that are consistent and fair, and decisions that seek to maintain a continuity of appearance of all homes.

Procedure for Submission of improvements for AC Review
1. Any owner wishing to make any changes or improvements as defined in the covenants to the exterior portion of their unit must seek approval of the Architectural Committee.
2. This request shall be in written format and shall include building plans, specifications, design, and location of the proposed improvement.
3. Upon submission of the proposed improvement with all applicable plans, the AC will review the proposal within 30 days.
4. If the proposed improvement impacts a neighbor in any way, the AC Committee may require approval from that neighbor.
5. The AC may submit any proposals along with their recommendations for approval or disapproval to the Board of Directors for a final verdict.
6. Upon approval of any improvements or changes, the AC shall notify the owner in writing of said approval. If the owner is not notified of approval, it should be presumed the improvements have been denied, unless or until the owner is notified.
