Quality Patrol

STONELEDGE QUALITY PATROL TEAM

GENERAL CONCEPT    Quality of life and a safe environment are essential to enable all to enjoy our wonderful Stoneledge community on the lake.  A self managed, volunteer team of neighbors can share the responsibility of being the “ eyes and ears” needed to continually monitor our community to assure the above objective.

ORGANIZATION/STRUCTURE   Neighbors who are permanent residents or frequent residents will be primary team members, but all neighbors should feel accountable towards the objective and the process.  Team members will select a Community Quality Patrol Team Leader, or Co-Leaders, and decide how to best organize for accomplishing the objective.  A person from the HOA Board will be designated as a key link to the Board and to the designated rental management firm, and to facilitate any decisions needed on fines, or other issues or questions.

IMPLEMENTATION Training session will be held to educate and coordinate all on the processes of the team, important guidelines, communication channels, focus area, etc.  Confrontations will be avoided.  Follow-up meetings will be provided throughout the process to share best practices, compare experiences, and continually seek improvements.

POTENTIAL BENEFITS   This is an opportunity for neighbors to bond through a process of neighbors helping neighbors.  Results will include the sustaining of a good quality of life for all and a feeling of community safety and security.  A more united and aligned community will be felt.
